Memories Recalled is nice, but a bit risky with the proposed starting company (0/7 Ioreth being the only sage). Should work great in a deck that tries to plant the Tree too.

Also note that you only need one of each Site card (3 or so for each Haven) for a playset. I've never seen anyone actually using Region cards, but I'm guessing one of each suffices.

I used Whips to control those small-minded women and Where There is a Whip to untap them. Other than that it was collecting allies near Rohan iirc. Oh, it also had Armoury for a decent wine cellar (Miruvor, Orc-Draughts, Potion of Prowess, Ent Draughts at Wellinghall). Nothing like a drunken half or...

I've had a fallen Saruman deck with only orcs, whips and women.

You have only one resource (Blackbole) that is playable at a near Anduin Vales so I would replace Burning Rick Cot and Tree with another Dark Tryst.

Move all characters with mind less than 4 from deck to SB, you can play them from there just as well and won't clog your hand.
