Proving hypotesis 2 requires that, at the time of LE release, the WH set was already designed, the WH cards' texts were already written, and ready to be printed and retailed. As far as I know, at the time of LE release, the only AS set was ready, since the release of the AS expansion was anticipate...

On the basis of the last answers, I think my point of view was misunderstood, I'll try to re-explain it as simple as possible... What I mean is that, at the time when LE were released, the sentences "Any Nazgûl attack against a minion company is a detainment attack" (which is written in the LE rules...

Also, if a covert minion company is at the Sulfur-Deeps and I play Whole Villages Roused, the Nazgul auto-attack should still be detainment -- on that basis alone your way to handle detainment automatic attacks is insufficient. Nope, the auto-attack would be detainment because of the text of WVR. A...

Actually my point was much simpler. What do all players do when they enter a site? They read the auto-attacks listed on the card, and then face them in the corresponding order. If the site card reads "detainment", the auto-attack is treated as detainment, otherwise it is assumed to attack normally. ...

Anyhow a good defence get your Wizard a descent weapon and go for the ringwraith to kick his ass. I tried that when I first faced this deck, but I regretted that: my company declared cvcc on the lone (tapped) Ako, with an untapped Eowyn bravely wielding Glamdring and already enjoying the satisfacti...

Theoretically, the number of creatures is not strictly related with the number of strikes: the number of strikes represent the number of characters that a creature can engage in a fight. As you correctly pointed out, dragons (though they're lone creatures) have several strikes: a dragon can fight wi...

Re: Palantír of Osgiliath
I'm aware that I will also need an Align Palantír card if I'm not using Saruman ...or Calendal ;) Anyway, a palantir + Align Palantir means 4 or 5 corruption points. If the lone sage (which could be an easy target for Alone and Unadvised) is not Bilbo, you may consider Use Palantir . It's a short e...

I voted "no" because I'm rather suspicious of UEPs which have the purpose to make a certain group of cards perfectly homogeneous. It may seem strange that Isles tap a char in a covert company instead of an overt company, but it doesn't prove that ICE didn't have some reason for that and is no way a ...

That's fine. Then it's not a big deal. In any case, if this proposal makes its way, I'll remember to never open anymore that update everything.bat file . :PSly Southerner wrote:Imortantly the percentage of cards that actually have UEPs is tiny so this would hardly create a major intrusion IMHO.
