good thinking rezwits! We use the same rule in the Dream-card format. We allow tapping hazard-perms which are manifestation of a Wizard or an Elf-lord to access the sideboard, as if a Nazgul. We have added a hazard manifestation of Thranduil to the game in Middle-earth: The Firstborn , but unfortuna...

Pro, or con (depending on which side you're on): a few more sites in the Underdeeps to take prisoners also (with Shelob's brood). Con: spiders don't build or control  :S:. Shelob's Lair should have been  :R:  better. Con: aa's could be more vicious all over the place, thus rescueing b...

Another problem with this formulation is that if you immediately tap a ranger for River any subsequent Rivers still require you to tap a ranger.

edit: hmm, I see this was actually Adrian's intention in the proposal. Well then we cannot change it, though it remains flawed imo, but, there's that.

Which of the 2 proposals seems acceptable? We could do the tap route, but it does mean changing a lot more on the card, which is less elegant. You must also mention it does not untap I suppose, etc. Inverting it then seems better. edit: ok new text: Black Rider mode. Playable at a Darkhaven [ :h: ] ...

I'm obviously fine with the UEP, but the formulation is rather troublesome, basically you get into the whole memory of play issue, as there is no tracking devise on the card, how does it know you moved to the Darkhaven the turn before? And I'm assuming the "turn before" here, cause it's not mentione...

The current formulation of this UEP is rather weird imho. Why did we not simply make this card not duplicable on a given site? Are the consequences for game play that big (just dissing cards, possible fizzles?)

Ok, it is safe to say the voting period is over, and this one has failed for both lack of votes and support

Geez, impressive list, where to start? Good statistical work seems like. I do think there needn't be that many high minders. E.g. Beren, Dior, Hurin etc. should not have mind higher than Elrond imo. Of course in 1st Age Elrond was a mere infant, but I mean as 3rd Age reference, which you obviously u...

Yes I know, but voting no on theme is a bit thin, if the theme isn't clear. If the blade was clearly a unique item, then fine, but it isn't.

Don't I know it! How great it would be to have 3x Wormsbane in the deck, you can always play it immediately  :D
(cynical mode off)

If it's unique it's unique, if it's not it might be. For game mechanical reasons you can decide to make it unique or non duplicable. I don't see such reasons here.

Discarding 3 of them in case your first rolls fails is also bit pathetic though, especially for a minion!
And there is no objection to playing one after another, so that would be just a timing issue. Now it's more of a dump card, and minions already have a speed advantage.

Well, if there was only 1 Fiery Blade, they might as well have made it unique. It's non duplicable for some (unexplicable) game mechanical reason I suppose.

Technically that's not a no, though, but a "I don't know/ don't care/ haven't made up my mind."

But I do encourage voters to state their reason for objecting, otherwise it could be perceived simply as a vote against the whole concept of UEP, for example.
