Can't really add anything to that! This card effective replaces all the other automatic attack boosters, which if anything, were slightly on the weak side.

One thing actually - Combine this with Tidings of Bold Spies for a very winning combo! :D

Heheh, Mark, my post was supposed to be a bit tongue in cheek, hence the ;) Anyway, to give you your fair dues, what you said is absolutely true. Your strats most commonly involved a bit of everything rather than the strict definition of a dump and run, and yes, you sometimes did experiment with mor...

Hi kris et al. Hazard strats. I've tried quite a few varying strategies - the theme hazards, the bit of everything and sometimes the combos - and in my experience there's always a trade off for one style against another, which ultimately depends on the type of player you're up against. Here I've lis...

Unfortunately the title is a bit misleading the way it is written.

Is it:

I'm not like my peers and envied among some birds (meaning that his peers are envied and he's not like them?)

OR

I'm not like my peers and envied among some birds (meaning he's not like his peers and he himself is envied?)

One other good point about OMW and other trees for that matter, is that they haven't got specific cancellers. After all, even if they did who would use them anyway?! Companies that travel in the mountains will have Dark Quarrels, visiting Dragon country they'll have Crept Along Cleverlys, or travell...

Like Adrian said, I wouldn't worry about Copyright laws with CotT. There used to be a few sites back in the old days which did Card of the Day reviews and they pretty much mentioned anything they wanted. Back on the issue though, I think this is a class idea! I used to love the CotD issues and would...

Yeah, something along those lines might be a good idea. Maybe a better suggestion than the -2 at Mount Doom would be to have all rings tested in Mordor modified by -2. The whole idea of testing a ring whilst in Mordor is ridiculous, as a company wouldn't be travelling in Mordor if they didn't alread...

Probably in order of what I find useful: Ire of the East and Blind to the West can cause havoc to FW short events! They can be played any time during your or your opponents go and don't count against the hazard limit. Great for timely busting of attack cancellers like Crept Along Cleverly and last d...

It doesn't install on the I: drive but always on the C: drive. You moved your user files to the I: drive manually (as did I with mine to the E: drive) and because of that you had to adapt the home setting in the bat file you use to run GCCG to make it find the files again. To be honest I did actual...

So you typed exactly and without the quotes:

"/username Qapla"

and nothing happened??

Have you installed it on the C:drive? I installed it on an I:drive and had to edit the batch file to rename C to I accordingly before I could get it to work.

Nice idea! My knowledge of FW is fairly basic but can Mistress Lobelia (hero resource) really be used to retrieve Minion rings?
