Why Nobody's friend? Fíriel is the only shadow-magic using agent with  :F: / :B: as a homesite. Does that make Nobody's friend usable in a Sootd deck?
Btw, as I only have three agents in my deck, wouldn't "never seen him" be the better choice than Great need or purpose?

Thanks Mark, I didn't know about this erratum. Great then, so Elerína becomes more useful too... :D

So the agent has to travel to a site during one turn to make undead playable there the next turn? But this is virtually impossible, except if your opponent is squatting all the time... I thought the ability to make undead playable with this card was just a special kind of making certain creatures pl...

Shadow out of the dark - Agent Action?

Well first things first: Happy new year everyone!  :D Now, my question: (Hazard Permanent-Event) Playable on a face-up Agent who can use shadow-magic. If agent is revealed and not in a Free-hold :F: or Haven :H:, he can tap to allow any Undead hazard creatures to be played at his site this turn...

Ok, so what about this: The Ringwraith's will Minion resource short event Magic. Only playable if you have revealed your ringwraith. Provides a +1 modification to any one roll. Cannot be combined with any other Magic Card effect. Afterwards, remove this card from play. Sorry, I'm not too familiar wi...

Yeah, but what I don't get is WHEN we need to tap the Elven Ring? Do you need to tap it to get these bonuses? Cause nothing like this is stated. Or does it just get tapped when opponent plays Slip treacherously, and then you need to additionally make a CC? S.t. is rarely used because it really isn't...

Yeah, should have a minion version too.

But that's difficult as there are no "Spells" in LE, and no magic which can be used by every ringwraith. Also, as they don't make CC's, it would probably get too powerful. So let's keep it a hero only card...

Sounds mostly well-done IMO. These items sound really great and original. What I don't really get is the elven ring... First, it'll be really hard to get as you're unlikely to defeat Elrond with Vilya or Gandalf with Narya. (Nenya is mostly played at Galadriel if at a Haven, and if not... well good ...

Yeah, sounds good. -> Changed.  :D  Thanks for the input.

Would be definitely a fun card, as when a combat, corruption or influence check seems very important to you, you could as well use it...

Wizard's Will

Hero Resource Short event Spell. Wizard only. Provides a +1 modification to any one roll. Cannot be combined with other spells. Wizard makes a corruption check modified by -1. Cannot be duplicated on a given roll. This is a card I've always missed. There are some rolls that just can not be modified ...

I agree with the philosophy behind this, but I wonder if this is really that much of a problem that it needs an errata. Have you found it a problem in gameplay? Well, I've only used HoHS in a casual game once (only one copy) and in the end, I actually did play it to bring Eowyn in as an untapped ch...

What about that version then, only slight changes: Name: Helm of her Secrecy modifications Status: proposed Proposal maintainer: Patrik Pfister Categories: Thematic Errata: Helm of Her Secrecy TYPE: Resource CLASS: Permanent-event MP: 0 MIND: 0 INFLUENCE: 1 PROWESS: 2 BODY: 1 CORRUPT: 0 If Eowyn is ...

Thanks for the deck link. Sounds interesting, Pass the doors of dol guldur is a nice theme card too. But as Bandobras Took said himself, this whole trick would rarely work. And BTW, What's the fun of defeating a Nazgûl if you don't get any MPs for it? :(   Any other decks with HoHS, more straig...

Being able to bring in an untapped character at any site is rather spectacular. I agree on that. What I don't like is that this is what in most cases, that's what HohS is all about, if there's no Nazgûl attacks. That's why I thought Eowyn should really fight in any cases (so no detainment attacks)....

Thx for the replies. @Konrad: sorry, just copied it from a spoiler, forgot to add the "+". I was not quite sure about which categories to put it in, so you're right, maybe consistency is the wrong word here. @Adrian: I never thought about duplicating it... who will hold three in his hand to wait for...
