Heedless Revelry helps, as usual. But not so much once the Halls of Fire are in place.

If you can reduce GI with Cruel Claw Perceived and then knock out the Troll-chief with Call of Home, that's a lot of points down the drain (he is almost impossible to bring back into play and the factions he was carrying are lost anyway). If your timing is right, that could be all the deck's faction points. You could also try to use your wizard to influence some guys away.

The way is shut could help against the underdeeps trip, or you could Blind to the West the Secret Entrance and have some creatures ready.

The problem is of course, that apart from Heedless Revelry, most of these cards would not normally be in your deck, and you don't really have the time to sideboard it all in... :?

A well-timed Lure of Power vs. the Troll Chief can also be a killer. When he goes, you lose all factions, as well as his 2 character points = 9 MP. Also, those are the only factions in the deck, which means the radagast player might not have any faction points at all.

Stop stealing my deck!!! I actually have counters to most of the problems with the deck now, there isn't a whole lot you can do to it.

As for a hazard strategy, play something that plays out fast, you want to be drawing alot of cards to make up for not moving.

Grab Bag, Nazgul events, dragon events, etc  these kinds of things, corruption works too.

There has been some discussion about how to deal with this on the hazard side. Is it also a good strategy when playing hero or minion against this to go over and beat the tailfeathers off of Radi or influence away his stuff?

hidden haven, rhosgobel, the attacks are canceled, so no CvCC, you can try to influence, but there is ALOT of free Gi, and Wizard's Something (Anti Influence Card).
