Where can I buy MECCG?!??!?!

1.) ebay -> search for middle-earth or meccg, there you can find various card collections, most Wizards, Dragons and sometimes Dark Minions, LE and the others.
2.) gwaihir.net or eaglecard.org which are onlineshops, not cheap but you can get almost everything
3.) Chris Trade Center to trade the cards you need.

Patrick Karcher (www.treebeard.com) have very good prices on singles.

And if you are looking for boxes, I think that ebay will be the best choice.

If you're starting out on MECCG your best option is to buy the 10 challenge decks from:
