Treebeard.com?
I noticed that there was already a topic like this, but it is nearly a 3/4 of a year old.
I tried contacting him, but got no reply. Is he still not replying to people? Or am I just lucky that way?
I would like to know because if he doesn't, I don't want to have my hopes up on getting a reply.

One does not simply walk into Mordor. They nuke it!

Hi Coen,
I asked him for a quote on certain cards I wanted to buy from him and it took me five or six tries to finally get an answer, after several weeks of repeat messages!
In your case, however, three months is way too long. He's definitely still around but claims life always seems to be getting in the way, thereby increasing the already long delays.
Keep trying. Try sending the same message two or three times in a row, this ensures that at least one message will get through quickly enough.
Good luck!

Seriously,
if anyone knows Patrick a little more closely, please let me know.
I don't what to do next, but I'm starting to get seriously pissed off by now. The lack of response from him is pretty annoying if you have an outstanding order (already paid) of over 300$.
So until then,
I ADVICE ANYONE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM TREEBEARD.COM
until my case has been handled properly.
Cheers,
Coen.

I have some news on this topic. Patrick recently sent me an email. Below are the relevant parts for the community:
Patrick wrote:Hi Mark!
Could you send me the name or email address of the dissatisfied person? I had to shut down a couple months ago, due to all kinds of life stuff. I did a bad job of doing it: my "Closed" update to my site didn't upload right, and I never sent Chris an email. So, I've not been responding to people who have no idea I closed. Now, I thought I had taken care of all then-current business, but I might not have. If I dissed someone (or their package didn't get to them), then I'm sure they'd be pissed after all this time. I'll have to make it up them them big time. Hopefully there's just one. Oh, I just looked at your older email, and you say rumblings (plural) and "they". That's not good.
If it's not too much trouble, and you happen to see their emails, could you send me their names or email addresses? I'll find them anyway over the next couple weeks as I go through things and try to get caught up, but that would help me get to them sooner.
[redacted] For now, I'm going to take care of existing customers, and "reopen" on April 1st. First job, this weekend, is to take care of anyone I dissed.
Thanks.
