Well,you could create this list on your own checking the following links:

Card lists and spoilers.
As far as I know there are the following sets translated in:

German: TW, TD, DM, LE, AS
Dutch: TW ltd
Italian: TW (ltd,unltd or both,I don't know...)
Spanish: TW ltd,TW unltd, TD, DM, AS, WH
Finnish: TW ltd
Japanese: TW ltd,TW unltd, TD

There are also Beginers Sets and Challenge decks in English and Beginers Set Spanish,I don't know if there are in other languages...

I would add the "Blank Cards",cards with one surface blank.(I've just heard of them,I don't know much about them...

)and the Warlord-backed misprints.

Please,add any cards missing and correct me if I am mistaken somewhere

let me complete this list a litle bit:
there is also
french: TW ltd, TD, DM, LE
spansih: LE
japanese: DM
and there is only Italian TW ltd

Lol; this was a several year old post and I think the topic starter just meant to ask for a list of "the normal" cards (English and perhaps Dutch, as he is Dutch).

Note: there are no Challenge decks in Spanish.

Yep

Not that I'm aware of, so probably not.
