Hazard Long-event
Each company moving from or to an under-deeps site from a surface site must make a roll. If the roll is lower than 8 the movement is canceled.

Simple, yet useful. You do not want to face cave-ins when you're moving your companies out of the under-deeps to get their MP's counted.
