Suggestions on frontpage links

Are the links to worlds 2006 really necessary to be among the big bolded main links? Also I think that Council of Barad dur link should have info about it being the finnish council (at least underneath the link) and the Belgian council page hasn't been updated since 05. How about moving that one too down to the archived links?

And the last but not the least. Shouldn't we put a link to here on the frontpage?

sounds sensible to me.
