How Old?

I'm another old bugger at 34. Only picked up MECCG 3 years ago. The movies brought me back to my childhood obsession with the books. I had also had some CCG experience with Magic back in the 90's. I stumbled on MECCG after doing an internet search and reading how much better it was than LOTR TCG. We have recently had a baby so I dont have quite so much time to play anymore. Two hours of free time is pretty rare these days!!

looks I´m among the older guys. I`ll be 32 the 26th of december. Age as player is on the other hand quite low since it´s only 9 months.

My son is only 9 years old, but he just beat me with the Radagast Challenge deck versus Pallando, 35-33 (despite losing Legolas early in the game).  We both had 33 points when he called the Free Council, but he got double points for his allies since I didn't have any, so the extra 2 points were enough to win the game.

I am all of 23 years old. I have played MECCG since 2000 I think, but I can´t tell for sure(bad memory caused by advanced age:)

Lol, I think that was an omission in phpBB's install script. It seems it didn't fill out the registration date for me. The initial user doesn't register like everyone else but is sort of installed along with the board software. No date there makes it display a default of Jan 1st 1970.

I fixed it now. Sept 8 2002 is also the date the domain name MeCCG.net was registered, so I think that's a fair starting point.

Edit: and since I'm posting in this thread, I should say when I started to play, right? That was by sheer conincidence, in December 1995, mere weeks after the game was published.
