If you can reduce GI with Cruel Claw Perceived and then knock out the Troll-chief with Call of Home, that's a lot of points down the drain (he is almost impossible to bring back into play and the factions he was carrying are lost anyway). If your timing is right, that could be all the deck's faction points. You could also try to use your wizard to influence some guys away.
The way is shut could help against the underdeeps trip, or you could Blind to the West the Secret Entrance and have some creatures ready.
The problem is of course, that apart from Heedless Revelry, most of these cards would not normally be in your deck, and you don't really have the time to sideboard it all in...
