The point is that the wolves aren't getting any use out of Shelob or Full of Froth and Rage. I'd put in another Giant Spider, another Lesser Spider, and 3 Watchers in the Water. Also consider using Withered Lands to really make that Long Winter useful.Thrain II wrote:Also, Shelob and Morlat don't enhance wolf attacks. Consider dropping the wolves and putting in another Lesser Spider (with all the spider enhancers you have, they become brutal).
Are there any other spider creatures I can include to my deck to replace the wolve creatures? I already reached the creature minimum of 12, so I can't simply take the wolves off this deck. Wake of War gives a nice bonus for wolves if Doors of the Night are in play, so I don't think they are useless.

I'd say that you probably want to either Wolves or Spiders/Animals. All three is not really feasible. The Wolves build would look something like this:
3 wolves
3 Wargs
3 Dire Wolves
3 Wolf-Riders
3 Wake of War
3 Doors of Night
3 Twilight
2 Outpost
1 Revealed to All Watchers
1 Daelomin at Home
1 Mouth
1 Monstrosity of Diverse Shape.
It's simple, but deadly. Monstrosity is great to have attack after attack. Consider Two or Three Tribes Present as well (perhaps run some twilghts as resources to keep the deck size at 30). The main problems for this haz deck are: Coastal, Gondor, Underdeeps, Squatters. So you want to have some nasty sb stuff for all of those (lots of really nasty environment stuff for coast, knights of the prince and lost in free for gondor, nameless things/way is shut for underdeeps, conceding the game for squatters
).
The Spider/Animal build is a bit more versatile. I'd suggest something like this:
2 Morgul-Rats
2 Giant Spiders
3 Lesser Spiders
2 Shelob's Brood
1 Neeker Breekers or Watcher in the Water
1 Mouth
1 Bairanax at Home
1 Daelomin at Home
1 Spider of the Morlat
1 Monstrosity of diverse Shape
3 DoN
3 Twilight
2 Full of Froth and Rage
2 An Unexpected Outpost
1 Revealed to All Watchers
4 non-creature hazards of your choosing (e.g. Flies and Spiders, Hoarmurath, Pierced by Many Wounds, rolled Down to the Sea, River, etc.)
good luck!

Thanks a lot for the ideas!
I decided to build a Wolves-only deck and I also included 2x Fell Winter to play Wargs and Wolves in Free-Domains. Yesterday I was able to destroy the One Ring with my deck so I will keep those card in my sideboard. Maybe I will replace Gandalf with Alatar since I use the Wizard's Test for my Precious Gold Ring, so I do not need Gandalf's ability.

Any idea which cards to take off the deck to reach 32/32 size? 35/35 is too much but I do not know how to cut down the number of cards...

Wow, well done! How did you do it?Thrain II wrote:. Yesterday I was able to destroy the One Ring with my deck so I will keep those card in my sideboard. Maybe I will replace Gandalf with Alatar since I use the Wizard's Test for my Precious Gold Ring, so I do not need Gandalf's ability.

So that's where that southerner is hiding...He looks more than half like a goblin.

That was rather simple. I have used 2 Longbottom Leaf once I had the Precious Gold Ring to sideboard Wizard's Test, The One Ring, Old Friendship and Cracks of Doom. Scroll of Isildur was in play, so I needed at least an "8" to reveal the One Ring (two attempts with Wizard's Test). I moved from Gobel Mirlond to Mount Doom with 5 characters (including Boromir II
). The first roll for the Gold Ring was a "9", so I was able to play the One Ring (with Pallando!). The last corruption check was very easy with all these cards and untapped characters I still had...

To decrease deck size, you can at least put Tower Guard of MT and Vanishment out of the deck or into the sideboard. You're unlikely to use either very early (2nd or 3rd turn for the Tower Guard and 2nd turn for Vanishment), so with your 3 longbottoms, you can bring them over easily when and if wanted. That'll get the deck down to 33. I'm sure you can find something else you don't absolutely need, which will put you at the 32 you want.
Coast Deck
Sounds good. The last problem is what to take off the hazard deck vs. heroes - I see no cards which can be easily deleted from that Roadblock/Wolves deck...

I have finally cut down the deck size to 32/32 and I added the hazard part against Minion and Balrog players.
